Technology Requirements: For RON services, you must have a stable internet connection and a functional webcam/microphone.

Recording: You acknowledge that audio-video sessions for RON will be recorded and stored as required by state law.

Legal Validity: By using this platform, you agree that electronic signatures have the same legal effect and enforceability as “wet” ink signatures, in accordance with the ESIGN Act and UETA.
